At OLIME, we are committed to providing high-quality shirts and apparel to our customers. To ensure we maintain our quality standards and for hygiene reasons, we have implemented a no return and exchange policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. No Returns and Exchanges
    All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Incorrect size or fit.
  • Color variations due to screen settings or lighting.
  • Customization errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
  1. Exceptions for Misprints or Damaged Items.
    While we maintain strict quality control, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive a shirt that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
  • Notification: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Proof: Please provide the order number, a photo of the misprint or damage, and a description of the issue.
  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags attached.

Upon receiving your complaint, our customer service team will review the case. If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
  • A full refund of the purchase price, shipping costs not included.
